I had a wonderful day on Christmas 2009. My family had a wonderful time exchanging gifts. My 14mo old daughter really enjoyed it, and we had fun watching her open presents.

One present I was not expecting was a gift from Dick Austin – author of John Knox Press series Environmental Theology. He sent me three books that he wrote “Baptized Into Wilderness”, “Hope for the Land”, and “Reclaiming America”. He also included a very kind note. I sure did appreciate the kindness and the validation.

I have also been excited about the recent upshoot in website traffic. The podcast (which is an audio version of this blog) has been climing, and is up to 2500+ hits per month now. The Video feed on Youtube for the show took off last month, and will hopefully gain some momentum during 2010.

I hope everyone has a wonderful new year!!
